Refunds & Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after delivery of your item to contact us requesting a return.*
To be eligible for a return, your item(‘s) must be in the same unused condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note: You will need to provide us with proof of purchase this can be an order number or a receipt from our shop.To start a return, you will need to contact us via email at Danny@hygge-gifts.com or visit us in store. (Please note that we can not start your returns process via social media DM or any other communication it needs to be via email)
If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise stated in your returns acceptance email, and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right asap.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sometimes there is an exception where items can not be returned, this will be stated clearly on the item description before purchasing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
